Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Education Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Orlando, FL area. This on-site role supports professional development and continuing education programs for real estate professionals, including classroom events, webinars, member support, registration, compliance tracking, and education administration.
This is a great opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making sure important programs run smoothly from start to finish. The work environment is collaborative, service-driven, and focused on delivering a positive experience for members, instructors, and program attendees. You will work with a supportive team, interact with professionals across the real estate industry, and play an important role in helping education programs operate efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate in-person and virtual education programs, including classroom setup, signage, refreshments, AV equipment, handouts, registration materials, and event breakdown.
- Support continuing education classes, webinars, and professional development events while serving as a classroom ambassador or CE monitor when needed.
- Communicate with instructors regarding schedules, materials, classroom needs, and program requirements.
- Register members, process class changes, answer education-related questions, and provide support through the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, CE reporting, certificates, education documentation, calendars, class flyers, and promotional materials.
- Process refunds, transfer fees, education-related transactions, reports, special projects, committee support, and additional event needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22.50 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: On-site in Maitland, FL 32810.
