School Speech Language Pathologist - Friendswood, Texas

You’ll be working with a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students, traveling to multiple locations throughout the academic year. The interview process includes a conversation with the Coordinator of Evaluations, providing a personal opportunity to discuss your skills and approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC license required
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across more than one location
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and collaborate with educators and families
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
• Support and educate students, parents, and staff on speech/language development
• Adapt intervention strategies to address each student’s unique needs
