Travel Pharmacist

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We're hiring a Travel Pharmacist for a specialty pharmacy in Minnesota. This 13+ week travel assignment offers a flexible part time schedule with hotel accommodations provided, making it an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to expand their specialty pharmacy experience.

Position Details

• 13+ week contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• 20-30 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Some weekend coverage required

Responsibilities

• Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately
• Provide long-term care pharmacy services and medication management
• Review medication profiles for safety, appropriateness, and compliance
• Counsel patients on medications and proper use
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and regulatory compliance
• Assist with inventory management and pharmacy operations

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License in good standing
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• PharmD or MTM Certification required
• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel for the duration of the assignment
