Speech Language Pathologist in Pearland, TX

Make a difference in students’ lives as an on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting school communities near Pearland, TX. In this position, you’ll enjoy working with a diverse caseload of approximately 60 students, traveling between multiple school sites, and collaborating closely with experienced educational staff. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about school-based speech therapy and is ready to adapt to a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with a variety of speech and language disorders affecting school-aged children
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Texas
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple school assignments efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to assigned students
• Conduct thorough assessments and participate in evaluation teams
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation in accordance with school standards
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
• Travel between school sites within the district as assigned
• Participate in meetings and provide progress updates to the Coordinator of Evaluations
