We are currently looking for an OB/GYN Physician to join our physician-led medical group and provide exceptional care at Aurora Grafton Medical Center located in Grafton, WI.

Position Highlights
  • Collaborate with a team of 11 dedicated Physicians.
  • Main office situated in North Milwaukee, featuring a comprehensive multi-specialty clinic.
  • Perform deliveries and surgeries at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI, conveniently located 20 minutes from our Milwaukee clinic and 10 minutes from our Mequon clinic.
  • Work in a Level 2 NICU with approximately 1,000 deliveries each year.
  • Participate in a 1:12 call schedule.
  • Benefit from a robust support team of RNs and MAs.
  • Join a collegial and committed group of professionals.
  • Access specialized services including Gyn/Onc, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Special Care Nursery, and robotic surgery.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
  • Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines.
  • Leverage DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, to enhance clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review and approval.
  • Contribute to an environment that prioritizes safe and equitable care for all patients.
Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $406,000.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid medical license in Wisconsin.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
