Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (MD/DO)
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program in the U.S.
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for recent graduates)
  • Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • DEA certification
