Key Responsibilities

• Assessing patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback.
• Creating tailored treatment plans with specific goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist License in Washington State.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between $88,000 and $105,000 per year, plus a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. This includes productivity incentives and additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
