\nAs our Clinical Supervisor, you'll lead and mentor a team of counselors, ensure high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with clinic leadership to support patients on their recovery journey.

What You'll Do
\n- \n
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to counseling staff \n
- Ensure compliance with CARF, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, DEA, and state regulations \n
- Support quality assurance, accreditation, and clinical documentation \n
- Coach, mentor, and develop counselors to deliver exceptional patient care \n
- Collaborate with the Program Director and interdisciplinary treatment team \n
- Monitor patient treatment plans and clinical outcomes \n
- Foster a positive, patient-focused culture centered on recovery \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Current Florida CAP or MCAP certification required \n
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred \n
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience \n
- At least 1 year of experience in substance use disorder (SUD), behavioral health, or addiction treatment \n
- Knowledge of MAT/OTP services, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2 \n
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills \n
