Skills and Experience:
Required Experience
- Cold Environments: Proven history working in refrigerated spaces (35°F–40°F).
- Physical Labor: Experience standing 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Fast-Paced Production: Background meeting hourly packing in assembly lines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Working knowledge of USDA, OSHA, and HACCP rules.
- Safety Protocol: Demonstrated track record of zero-accident workplace safety.
