Job Description
Join an established urology practice with immediate patient demand, experienced support, and the flexibility to shape your practice around your interests. Whether you want to build a broad general urology practice or incorporate robotic surgery into your case mix, you'll have the support, technology, and flexibility to do both.
- Immediate patient volume with an established referral network
- No income cap with a 2-year guaranteed base before transitioning to a wRVU model
- Robotic surgery available with multiple robotic platforms and room to grow your case volume
- Integrated practice model with clinic located adjacent to the hospital and an on-site ambulatory surgery center
- Experienced APP support and a collaborative team that's been working together for years
- Approximately 50/50 clinic and OR schedule with the ability to customize your template
- Typical clinic volumes of 20-25 patients per day, adjusted to accommodate your surgical schedule
- Manageable call with additional compensation for extra coverage and a rotation designed to become lighter as the team grows.
- Limited outreach commitment of approximately 2 days per month with dedicated staff support
