We are seeking candidates for three contract positions for the upcoming academic year, serving students in dedicated special education environments. - Anderson High School: Life Skills classroom, working with approximately 10 students. Hours are 7:20am–2:30pm.
- Southview Preschool: Inclusion classroom, with around 10 students in each class. Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm. There are two positions available at this location.
The contract runs full-time for 35 hours per week from August 3, 2026, through June 7, 2027. These onsite roles require dedication, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to each student's unique learning journey.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active Indiana teaching license in Special Education (please submit a screenshot with your application)
- Experience working with students with diverse abilities, ideally in life skills or inclusion classroom settings
- Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
- Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively
- Previous classroom or group leadership experience preferred
