Occupational Therapist (OT) - Haltom City TX

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract position in Haltom City, TX for the 2026-2027 school year. The selected clinician will collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to help students develop the skills needed for academic participation and independence. Caseload details are currently being finalized based on district needs, and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today!

Responsibilities:

-Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services for students in grades K-12.
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ functional, academic, and developmental goals.
-Address areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, visual-motor integration, and activities of daily living.
-Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success.
-Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development.
-Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.

Qualifications:

-Active Texas Occupational Therapist license required.
-Appropriate school-based credentials required, if applicable.
-Master’s degree or entry-level Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
