Physician - Family Medicine - Wilton, NY

We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Family Medicine physician at our newly established primary care facility located at 631 Maple Ave in Wilton, NY.

This position presents a remarkable chance to become a founding member of our new practice, backed by a hospital-affiliated network. Joining our team means you will provide exceptional care in a collaborative and vibrant setting.

Our clinic offers a comprehensive array of healthcare services for families, which includes:

• Routine pediatric examinations (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp, and sports physicals)
• Adolescent medicine
• General adult and geriatric healthcare (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance)
• Management of illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
• Preventive immunizations and precautionary vaccinations, along with cancer screenings and promotion of healthy lifestyles

KEY FEATURES:

• Shared call rotation averaging approximately 1 in every 70 days, supported by RN triage
• Physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee
• Flexible scheduling options available - choose from a 3, 4, or 5-day work week
• Collaboration with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) which offers an additional compensation source
• Teaching opportunities available for first-year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students
• Possibility for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
• Leadership and administrative roles available for interested physicians

QUALIFICATIONS:

• New York State licensure and DEA registration required
• Board Certification is mandatory
• Open to both experienced candidates and new graduates
• A strong commitment to providing Primary Care for patients of all ages

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

We provide a competitive base salary with opportunities for additional earnings through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.

• Starting salary range of $250,000 - $260,000, with potential for additional income based on productivity.

• The stated salary represents the initial compensation range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other forms of cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is in accordance with State law and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Signing Bonus of up to $75,000
• Retention Bonus of $25,000
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
