Our organization is on the lookout for a Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding practice in collaboration with the Adair County Health System. Located near Des Moines and surrounding areas, ACHS is recognized for its strong community-oriented healthcare approach. Job Opportunity Overview:- Become a member of a team consisting of one Physician and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Manage an average of 18-24 patients per day.
- Enjoy a 4-day work week.
- Provide care to patients across all age groups.
- Practice areas include continuity of care, pediatrics, and nursing home services.
- Optional coverage for emergency department and inpatient services.
- Outpatient-focused lifestyle with a manageable on-call schedule.
- Base Salary: $290,000.
- Incentives based on production and non-production metrics.
- Signing Bonus: $150,000.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
