Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $50 to $70, negotiable based on experience.
Sign-on and Relocation Bonuses: Up to $10,000 for full-time positions and $5,000 for part-time roles.

Our Dental Hygienists are tasked with providing direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist, along with supporting office operations.
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.
- Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride application, and other related procedures under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Enhance customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
- Educate patients and their families on oral hygiene practices.
- Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and organizational standards.
- Guide patients and their families through the entire treatment process.
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
- Take x-rays and document them in patient records when necessary.
- Create memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and understanding.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR certification (BLS) from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required upon hire).
