Your clinical focus will include:
%CF; Gynecologic surgery
%CF; Scheduled and emergent C-sections
%CF; Office gynecology
%CF; Women's health consultations
This is a low-volume practice where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while maintaining your surgical skills. The hospital utilizes EPIC and has experienced CRNAs, OR nurses, scrub technicians, and strong referral relationships for higher-acuity cases.
Schedule
%CF; Two weeks on, two weeks off
%CF; Clinic, surgery, and 24-hour call during your scheduled work weeks
%CF; No scheduled clinic responsibilities on weekends
%CF; When you're off, you're truly off, giving you six months each year to travel, spend time with family, or pursue personal interests.
Compensation & Benefits
%CF; Base salary: 340,000-375,000
%CF; 35,000 signing bonus
%CF; Relocation assistance
%CF; Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits

%CF; 5,000 annual CME allowance
