Production Warehouse

Diversified is hiring for a Production Technician in Venus, Tx. The position involves manufacturing specialty protein binders and coatings primarily used in the pet food industry. Responsibilities equipment operation, material handling, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bulk hopper trailers or super sacks. Operate heavy equipment like a front-end loader or skid steer to scoop product into hoppers and mixing bays.

• Operate processing machinery, mixers, and load-out systems to refine and produce protein binders.

• Collect samples from the production line for lab analysis. Maintain compliance with OSHA, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and stringent food safety guidelines.

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment (such as magnets), sweep facility floors, and ensure good housekeeping practices.

Key Requirements

• Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, frequently climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and withstand varying temperature environments.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.

• Basic computer and math skills to log product movements, trailer inspections, and complete production paperwork.
