Key Qualifications:

• Active OT licensure in Illinois (or eligibility).
• Previous experience in a school setting or strong understanding of school-based OT practices.
• Ability to provide fine motor and sensory support interventions.
• Exceptional consulting and communication skills.
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students (grades 3–5).

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative and periodic direct OT services for approximately 25 students in one intermediate school (grades 3–5).
• Focus on supporting students’ fine motor and sensory needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Flexible schedule: 2–3 days per week (either 2 full days or spread across more days with reduced daily hours).
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support IEP processes.
