About the Opportunity
We are broadening our Emergency Medicine services in Oklahoma and are in search of Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for both full-time and part-time roles. This is a distinctive opportunity to work in a high-traffic, state-of-the-art emergency department that offers both clinical and academic pathways, all while benefiting from outstanding financial rewards and potential for partnership.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $300/hour base rate plus productivity incentives for full clinical shifts
• Annual ED Visits: Approximately 60,000
• Facility: Level III Trauma Center with helipad access
• Emergency Department: 36-bed facility, including 5 trauma bays, within a 40,000 sq. ft. space
• Physician Coverage: 44 hours daily with support from residents and APPs
• Shift Structure: 11-hour shifts for consistent scheduling
• Faculty Track Options: Opportunities for Ultrasound Faculty with stipend or a blended core faculty and clinical track
• Additional Compensation: Faculty roles will receive productivity pay along with stipends for academic or non-clinical duties
• Flexible Scheduling: Models available to accommodate lifestyle preferences
• Housing: Company-owned accommodations provided for block shifts
