We are a prominent independent, multi-specialty physician-led group in Virginia, serving the Hampton Roads area. We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to become a part of our OB/GYN team.
Positions are available across Southeast Virginia, including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk. This role allows you to serve diverse communities while offering the flexibility to select a practice environment that suits your lifestyle and career aspirations. J1 visa support is available at select locations.
What We Offer:- Salary Range: $350,000 - $420,000 (actual compensation may vary based on specialty, experience, schedule, and responsibilities)

As an OB/GYN with our organization, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with a skilled multidisciplinary team.
- Provide thorough obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive services, prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum support.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of gynecologic issues, such as reproductive health concerns, menstrual irregularities, pelvic pain, and menopause-related conditions.
- Perform in-office procedures, including pelvic examinations, Pap smears, colposcopies, biopsies, and contraceptive management.
- Conduct surgical interventions, including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopic surgeries, and other gynecologic procedures as necessary.
- Manage patient care in both outpatient and hospital environments, prioritizing quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with WHNPs, CNMs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-focused care.
- Participate in a 1:4 call rotation and provide after-hours or emergency OB/GYN services as required.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, pregnancy, and preventive care.
- Follow clinical guidelines, best practices, and regulatory standards while fostering a positive and professional practice atmosphere.

- A multidisciplinary team of over 300 physicians and advanced practice providers, including specialties such as Primary Care, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Sleep Medicine, Surgery, and more
