We are seeking a passionate dental hygienist who enjoys fostering and nurturing positive relationships with patients to become a part of our team! Our group of dental hygienists engages in a range of preventative dental practices while also educating patients about maintaining oral hygiene. From routine cleanings to providing guidance on oral health, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve and sustain their brightest smiles.
Beyond technical responsibilities, the dental hygienist will be essential in instructing patients on effective oral hygiene methods and offering advice on nutrition and its effects on oral health. We highly value teamwork, so you will collaborate closely with the dentist(s) in your office to ensure optimal treatment for your patients. We believe in the importance of skilled individuals and strive to cultivate a professional environment that keeps you engaged. Additionally, we have a dedicated support team for dental hygiene, providing coaching and mentorship to our hygienists.

Responsibilities- Deliver oral hygiene services, including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing restorations, and applying cavity prevention agents such as fluorides and sealants.
- Accurately document and review patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, and securely manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist the dentist as directed.
- Administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.
- Control Over Your Schedule: As a dental hygienist in our organization, you will collaborate with front office staff to optimize your appointment scheduling. We prioritize maximizing your time with each patient, ensuring you never feel rushed. You will also work alongside the dentist(s) and support staff to establish a robust recall program.

- A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for professional interactions with patients and staff.
- Willingness to travel between locations is preferred.
