Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

As a physician-led organization, we provide a unique blend of the independence and close-knit atmosphere typical of private practices, combined with the robust resources of a prominent national healthcare system. We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to become part of our team at the Rivertown Primary Care office located in Grandville, MI. This role presents an exciting chance to significantly contribute to the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a personal patient panel, delivering primary care services that encompass diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for individuals of all ages.
• Provide prenatal care if desired, although it is not a requirement for this position.
• Collaborate with a team that includes Podiatry, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Lab, and X-ray services.
• Work within a practice that currently comprises 3 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Engage in 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time each week, spread over 4 to 4.5 days in the office.
• Participate in shared unrestricted call coverage with fellow family medicine physicians, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
• Contribute to a close-knit, collaborative office environment that fosters support and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be board certified in their respective clinical specialty or achieve board certification within the timeframe set by the relevant specialty board.
• Possess an active Michigan medical license or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience with documenting in Epic EMR.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and support community health efforts.
