Shelter Client Advocate

• Weekly pay of $17.50 per hour

• Coordinate 20 to 30 client cases

• Facilitate client appointments, meetings, verifications, and personal necessities.

• Maintain, organize, and update company documents, files, and records in digital systems.

• Ensure accurate labeling, version control, and accessibility of documents.

• Retrieve, distribute, and archive documents as needed.

• Communicate document updates and revisions to clients.

• Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

• Day Shift, 7:30am to 6:30pm

• Sunday - Wednesday

• Client Advocate experience preferred

• MUST HAVE A LEVEL 1 FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD!

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• GED / High School Diploma

• Previous experience in document control, office administration, or records management is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with document management systems (SharePoint, DocuSign, or similar platforms).

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
