LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm in identifying an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy products liability defense practice. This opportunity is ideal for a litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex case files, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work product while collaborating closely with attorneys, clients, and legal support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
  • Coordinate and manage case calendars, deadlines, court filings, and litigation-related documentation.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness materials, and case files.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain pleadings, discovery materials, and correspondence.
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state court rules and procedural deadlines.
  • Track billable time and assist with matter management and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, experts, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors.
  • Utilize litigation support and document review platforms to organize and manage case materials.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting defense-side products liability litigation.
  • Prior experience assisting with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state court procedures.
  • Experience managing complex case calendars and litigation deadlines.
  • Familiarity with litigation support and eDiscovery platforms is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively manage competing priorities.
