Key Dates & Schedule:

• Contract Duration: August 12, 2026, to May 27, 2027
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Weekly Hours: 37.5
• Caseload: Ranges across K-12 students; details to be discussed during the interview

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license issued by the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Background in delivering OT services within school environments
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability to provide individualized and group therapies across grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT interventions to promote student participation and independence
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff on intervention strategies
• Foster positive relationships with students to motivate and support their development
