Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to a caseload of elementary students in accordance with their IEPs
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans that address a range of physical and developmental needs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams to support student access to the curriculum and daily activities
- Document session outcomes and progress, maintaining detailed reports as required by school standards
- Participate in meetings, contribute to IEP development, and communicate effectively with families and staff
- Adapt equipment and modify environments in the school setting to facilitate student participation
