Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care while managing a reduced leadership caseload.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a superior patient experience and outcomes.
- Mentor, coach, and develop both clinicians and support staff.
- Enhance employee engagement, retention, and team performance.
- Manage clinic financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, employers, and the community to support clinic growth.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or the ability to obtain one).
- Preferred experience in leadership, mentoring, clinical instruction, or supervisory roles.
- A strong passion for team development, patient care excellence, and clinic growth.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.

About CompensationThe salary for this position ranges from $92,500, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
