Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care while managing a reduced leadership caseload.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a superior patient experience and outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop both clinicians and support staff.

• Manage clinic financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina (or the ability to obtain one).
• Preferred experience in leadership, mentoring, clinical instruction, or supervisory roles.
• A strong passion for team development, patient care excellence, and clinic growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.

About Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $92,500, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
