Excellent opportunity in Winchester, Virginia for Urologist with an established hospital employed practice. We have need for urologists with advanced endourology skills and minimally invasive robotic laparoscopic training. We have an attractive 1:6 call and high quality of life in the Shenandoah Valley. Support staff and large office space all conveniently located near the hospital campus.

Our approach to determining compensation minimums is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account the ability to earn additional income through productivity incentive. The compensation minimum is an estimate based on the minimum performance expectation; however, it does not encompass all elements contributing to your total compensation package.
