Internal Recruiter II

Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter II to join our team in Joplin, MO. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting talent with meaningful career opportunities. The payrate range for this order is $22-28/hr.

As a Recruiter II, you will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and professional positions.

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using various recruiting channels.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes.

• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems and other recruiting platforms.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

• Support onboarding activities and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.

• Experience recruiting high-volume, industrial, manufacturing, or professional roles is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
