Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), an independent, nonprofit health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary Medicine physician to join our established Pulmonary & Critical Care team in Findlay, Ohio.

• General pulmonary outpatient practice with interventional pulmonary procedures

• 100% outpatient role, no call responsibilities

• Flexible full-time schedule (45 days/week)

• 24/7 in-house hospitalist and intensivist coverage

• 1.5 OR procedure block days per week with flexibility for additional procedures
\n
• Typical clinic volume: approximately 20 patients/day (8-hr day)
\n
• Established lung cancer screening program with approximately 600 active patients and opportunity for continued growth

• Hospital-based pulmonary clinic located adjacent to the ICU
\n
• Cerner EMR with AI-powered tools

Interventional Pulmonary & Procedures

• Robotic bronchoscopy (ION)
\n
• Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)

• Thoracentesis
\n
• Chest tube placement
\n
• Central venous catheter placement

• Ventilator management

• 2D and 3D fluoroscopy

• $500,000 guaranteed base salary

• Uncapped productivity incentive: $84/wRVU
