Job Description
A Manufacturing Engineer job is available courtesy of LHH Recruitment Solutions. Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support equipment performance, process improvement, automation initiatives, and capital projects within a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve productivity, reliability, safety, and overall manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing equipment, tooling, and production processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment and process issues.
- Support automation projects, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
- Manage capital improvement projects from concept through implementation.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve quality, throughput, and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and equipment standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Experience supporting industrial equipment, tooling, automation, and process improvements.
- Proficiency with CAD software and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively on the production floor.
