We are AllMed Staffing, a federal healthcare staffing firm, and we are currently placing a Dental Hygienist with the Indian Health Service at the White Earth Health Center in Ogema, Minnesota.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Taxable Hourly Rate: $45.00/hr
• Weekly Per Diem (Non-Taxed): $1,046/week — Lodging & Meals
• Weekly Gross Package: $2,846/week (based on 40 hrs)
• Est. Annual Value: ~$148,192
• Travel Allowance: $500 One-Time Travel Bonus at Start

BLENDED EFFECTIVE RATE: $71.15/hr — Taxable wages + non-taxed per diem combined | 93% above MN staff average

This is not a high-pressure hospital environment. It is a structured, community-focused assignment where your skills will directly impact Native American communities across three clinic locations in northwestern Minnesota.

On the lifestyle side — this is a genuinely livable assignment. The White Earth Reservation sits in beautiful northwestern Minnesota lake country, and most traveling staff base in Detroit Lakes, MN (about 35 miles east), which has full retail, hotels, and a Sanford Health hospital. Mahnomen, MN (about 15 miles east) is another convenient option with the Shooting Star Casino Hotel. The nearest airport is Fargo, ND (about 1 hour west) or Bemidji Regional (about 1 hour northeast). A personal vehicle is recommended — but this is far from a remote hardship post. Outstanding fishing, lakes, and outdoor recreation are right outside your door year-round.
