Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM $18 per hour

Position Overview
The Customer Service Manufacturing Clerk will handle documentation requests, organize production materials, process quotes, and maintain accurate records. This position is essential to ensuring that engineering, production, and administrative teams receive the correct information and materials on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Submitting customer quotes
- Processing new orders
- Tracking and Scheduling orders
- Processing tool receipts/shipments for customer owned tools/mylars
- Processing shipments
- Submitting invoices
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts
- Handling customer inquiries and requests
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Comfortable working with engineering and production documents
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
