Job Description
We are excited to invite you to consider joining our established and thriving OB/Gyn practice located in the picturesque and historic city of Newburyport, Massachusetts. Our team currently comprises six dedicated full-time physicians and six midwives, with plans to expand further. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate care, fostering a collaborative environment where our peers support one another and are deeply committed to the well-being of the women we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Perform surgeries and deliveries at our affiliated hospital.
- Engage in a hybrid Hospitalist/Laborist model.
- Provide mentorship to early-career physicians.
- Contribute to a well-managed childbirth center.
- Care for a diverse patient base, including multigenerational families.
- Collaborate with highly trained nursing staff.
- Work alongside a neonatologist in a level 1B nursery.
- Benefit from in-house anesthesia services.
- Foster strong partnerships with Gynecology, General Surgery, and Hospitalist teams.

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $300,000.00 - $330,000.00 USD annually. This range reflects the organization's good faith estimate of what it expects to pay for this role at this time. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographical location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other legally permissible considerations. Additionally, this position may qualify for performance-based incentives, including bonuses for productivity and quality.
