This rewarding contract opportunity seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist with previous experience in school-based environments. Work with a flexible, hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days virtual) and provide OT services to elementary and middle school students across multiple locations.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Previous school-based OT experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing processes
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and collaborate with multiple buildings
- Effective communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in elementary and/or middle schools
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement interventions to support student needs
- Manage required documentation and participate in Medicaid billing related to OT services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Adapt services and treatment planning in both in-person and virtual settings
This contract role runs from August 6, 2026, through May 26, 2027, with 35-40 hours per week. Caseloads will vary, offering the chance to work with a diverse group of students and contribute your expertise in multiple schools.
