Job Opportunity: OB/Gyn Position in Arlington, Texas

We are excited to support the recruitment of an OB/Gyn for a women's health practice located in Arlington, Texas.

Key Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree is mandatory.
  • Possession of a current Texas medical license is advantageous.
  • Completion of an Obstetrics/Gynecology residency from an accredited ACGME program is essential.
  • Candidates must be board certified or board eligible.
About the Practice:

This all-female OB/Gyn group specializes in comprehensive healthcare for women within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Currently, the practice consists of 8 providers and is expanding to include 10.

The North Office is conveniently situated off I-30, adjacent to Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, while the South Office is located just south of I-20 on South Cooper Street.

All physicians in this group exclusively practice at Texas Health Arlington Memorial, which features:

  • A Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • 24-hour anesthesia services
  • 24-hour laborist availability

The facility includes two operating suites in Labor & Delivery and four triage units. The OB call schedule is 1:7 and is shared with another group.

We are looking to add a physician to the South Office clinic, with call responsibilities at the North Office due to its proximity to the hospital. Each office is equipped with 12 exam rooms, and the North Office offers in-office anesthesia for certain procedures.

Practice Goals:

The primary aim is to deliver exceptional medical care to patients in a safe, secure, and comfortable setting. All physicians in the group are board-certified and proficient in managing various aspects of women's healthcare, including:

  • Normal and high-risk pregnancies
  • Gynecologic surgeries
  • Treatment for incontinence
  • Annual examinations
  • Contraceptive and hormone therapy
Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive income guarantee for the first 18 months will be provided by Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital.

Texas Health Arlington Memorial boasts a rich legacy in North Texas, serving as a Level III Trauma Center, Cycle II Chest Pain Center, and Primary Stroke Center. The hospital delivers advanced life-saving care to the communities of Arlington, Kennedale, Pantego, Mansfield, and Grand Prairie. It is also certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services as a Level III NICU and Maternal Child Unit, offering specialized care for newborns. Recent upgrades to the Breast Center have created a spa-like atmosphere, and a significant renovation of the Labor and Delivery unit is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.

Please note that we are unable to sponsor a J-1 visa waiver for this opportunity, and this position is not open to external recruiting firms.
