• Surgical Procedures: 7 - 8 surgeries weekly
• Focus Areas: General adult care and basic pediatric procedures, including tubes, tonsillectomies, and adenoidectomies
• Operating Room Procedures: Septoplasty, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies
• Clinic Procedures: Biopsies and cauterization for epistaxis

• Pay Rate: Ranges from $175.00 to $250.00 per hour
• Payment Structure: Rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call, and holiday work
