Role Overview

Join our healthcare organization as a Registered Nurse with a focus on the Operating Room. In this vital position, you will deliver outstanding care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your skills will be essential in facilitating efficient operations within the outpatient surgery center, with opportunities to assist in the main OR as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Float to the main OR when required.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive patient records using EPIC.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Active licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the Operating Room.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with EPIC is mandatory.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
