\n What You'll Do\n
\n

  • Assemble engineered wood wall panels, roof trusses, and other building components.
    • \n
  • Operate production equipment and a variety of hand and power tools.
    • \n
  • Read blueprints, work orders, and production drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • \n
  • Enter production data into the computer to track materials and completed work.
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
    • \n
\n
\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
    \n
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing, construction, carpentry, framing, or assembly experience.
    • \n
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints or written work instructions.
    • \n
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • \n
  • Steel-toe boots required.
    • \n
  • A dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
    • \n
