About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead residential and commercial plumbing projects from planning through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed plumber who is ready to take on a leadership role or an experienced project manager looking to join a stable and growing organization.

Location: Near Sioux Falls, SD

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

  • Occasional overtime based on project requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage residential and commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.

  • Coordinate project schedules, field crews, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes.

  • Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.

  • Manage materials, labor, and overall job site operations.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Mentor and support apprentices and journeymen.

  • Resolve project issues and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout each project.

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license.

  • Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership, foreman, or project management role.

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction practices, and plumbing codes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
