Location: San Antonio, TX 78223
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Temp-to-Hire | All Shifts Available
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
We are urgently hiring experienced Production Supervisors to support fast-paced manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising production teams and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
12 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
At least 6 months of hands-on leadership experience managing teams of up to 30 employees
Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred
Automotive manufacturing experience is also accepted
Additional Requirements:
Flexible availability, including weekends, based on production needs
Comfortable working in a refrigerated (cold) environment
Dress Code & Facility Guidelines:
Closed-toe shoes required
No jewelry, sandals, Crocs, ripped jeans, sequins, or beaded clothing
No gum or nuts inside the facility
No fake eyelashes, fake nails, or nail polish
Dress warmly for cold working conditions
