Medical Laboratory Scientist in Vermont

I'm hiring for a Medical Laboratory Scientist in Vermont!

The Medical Laboratory Scientist performs diagnostic testing in all laboratory sections, ensuring accurate and timely results. Key responsibilities include specimen processing, instrument calibration and maintenance, quality control, and adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards and works independently, demonstrating flexibility in managing changing workloads and urgent testing, and may perform phlebotomy, train new staff, and teach students. Additional duties include troubleshooting instruments, assisting with method validation, supporting quality initiatives, and collaborating with team members.

Location: Near Fairfield, VT
\n Type: Full-time and permanent
\n Shift: Nights
\n Requirements: College degree; ASCP cert; prior experience
\n Pay: $30-$43/hr
