Job Description
The Ocean County Health Department is seeking to add to our growing Animal Facilities and is currently hiring seasonal staff. Seasonal employees will be hired for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment contingent upon a successful evaluation. Seasonal employees will work 28-32 hours per week and must be available to work on weekends and holidays. Location: The Ocean County Animal Facilities are located in Jackson, NJ, and Manahawkin, NJ. Seasonal employees will be primarily based at the facility closer to their residence but may be asked to work at the other facility one or two days per week. Current Facility Hours: Open 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including holidays.
