Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician | Nashville, IL

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.

• Read and interpret PLC-controlled systems and assist with equipment diagnostics.

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement preventative maintenance solutions.

• Perform welding, pipe fitting, fabrication, and equipment installation work.

• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing facility.

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment systems.

• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a team environment.

• Forklift and manlift experience preferred.
