Quality Inspector

Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift. In this role, you will inspect manufactured products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, experience using precision measuring tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other quality and production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
• Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.
• Experience performing first article or final inspections is preferred but not required.
