At our organization, we strive to simplify the locum tenens experience. Job Responsibilities

• Provide hospital coverage from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
• Be on call from Friday to Sunday, with weekend call from Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM, featuring a low callback rate.
• Handle weekday calls from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Round on 8 to 9 patients on Fridays and Saturdays, with optional rounding on Sundays.
• Manage approximately 5 new consultations weekly and conduct daily rounds on 3 to 4 patients.
• Work exclusively with an adult inpatient population.
• Provide leave coverage without the need for outpatient or inpatient procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $375.00 to $500.00, depending on various factors such as the urgency of the position and your experience.
• Weekly payment, including base pay and potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.

Working Conditions
