Obstetrician/Gynecologist | Flexible Schedule with 4/10 Option | $90k Bonus

Our organization is in search of an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to become part of a collaborative and supportive team in Richland, Washington.

This position provides a flexible work schedule, allowing for either a 4- or 5-day arrangement. Physicians can choose to focus on a balanced lifestyle or opt for a higher production model based on their individual preferences. The role encompasses both clinic and surgical responsibilities, with access to two Da Vinci robotic systems for those wishing to engage in an active surgical practice.

Providers will have the advantage of working with an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, which enhances the scope of practice. Our OB/GYN program is well-established and busy, handling over 2,700 deliveries each year. Position Details:

• Full-time employment
• Schedule options: 4 shifts of 10 hours or 5 shifts of 8 hours, Monday to Friday
• Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
• On-call duty is 6 days per month
• Access to 2 Da Vinci robotic systems

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary ranges from $375,745 to $487,670
• Sign-on bonus of $90,000 and relocation assistance of $15,000 available

Qualifications & Requirements:

• New graduates are welcome to apply; however, prior experience is advantageous
