Job Description:
Work on service revenue accounting close processes including executing certain revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, and revenue analysis or schedules.
Actively support system and process implementation projects and perform testing to validate system design is appropriate.
Support certain automation testing by leveraging AI models and other tools to validate the reasonableness of the system design.
Prepare or review certain revenue controls for SOX compliance on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Comply with internal controls as well as update process documentation when needed.
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and U.S. GAAP for responsible areas
Hands-on Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Revenue Analysis & Contract Reviews.
Revenue Accounting Support (Approximately 40%)
Prepare and post journal entries.
Perform account reconciliations.
Conduct revenue analysis.
Review contracts related to revenue recognition.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
Projects and System Initiatives (Approximately 60%)
Support implementation and testing of a new service-related system.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist with documenting requirements, validating system outputs, and coordinating project activities.
Support AI-related reporting initiatives, including:
Comparing AI-generated reports against current reporting processes.
Validating data accuracy and completeness.
Reconciling outputs and identifying discrepancies.
Assist with ongoing SAP S/4HANA and system enhancement projects.
SOX Compliance
Support monthly and quarterly SOX controls.
Coordinate with internal teams and global partners to ensure timely completion of control activities.

Assist with compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Accounting or big 4 experience is preferred
Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and ASC 606
Detail oriented, organized, motivated and able to function in a fast-paced environment, especially during quarter-end reporting periods.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to get things done.
Previous experience with SAP or other comparable ERP is a plus; Oracle experience is also valuable.
Advanced Excel skills
SOX Controls experience required.
1-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in revenue accounting.
Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, revenue analysis, and contract review.
