A staffing firm is currently seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in the Columbus, Ohio area. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional support to team members and customers.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to internal departments and leadership teams
- Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, records, and documentation
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities as needed
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents
- Assist with data entry, document management, and general office operations
- At least 2 years of previous administrative, office support, customer service, or clerical experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
