Retiree Advocate
Job Description
Insight Global is assisting a care navigation client of ours who assists Medicare/Medicaid members in navigating their benefits offerings. In this role, you’ll work alongside colleagues who are experts in the group retiree healthcare market, Medicare health benefits for individuals, health navigation and advocacy services, and who truly care about making a difference in the industry and in members’ lives. • Fully versed in assisting members with any issues/concerns.
• Assist Team Leads with Projects/Eligibility/Billing.
• Answer member phone calls. • Handle member plan selections.
• Attend Team/Division Meetings. • Able to handle most retiree calls with little to no support from management.
• Fully versed in all our products, processes, and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Life and Health License • AHIP Training and Certificate

Schedule Options
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Compensation
- $21.50/hr – 1+ year of customer service experience, no healthcare/Medicare experience
- $22.50/hr – Medicare/Medicaid experience, no certifications
- $23.50/hr – Medicare/Medicaid experience + NJ Health License/Certification
